Villa 3 is the one house in Lake Land that is not repeated. At 508.73 m² internal, with 238.29 m² of terraces and a 93.48 m² pool, it is roughly the size of the other villa types combined — and it sits on the best part of the plot, directly on the lagoon frontage.

Seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, make it work at a scale the other types cannot: two families travelling together, a multi-generational household, or a boutique rental let as a single booking rather than by the room.

The ground floor is arranged around a great hall. The dining zone takes two oval walnut tables on the central axis, six chairs each, under a ceiling of recessed linear lights — no pendants to interrupt the volume. To one side the lounge, to the other the kitchen island; the glazed wall beyond opens to the deck and the café tables, and in the late afternoon the low sun rakes the full depth of the floor. Ground-floor bedrooms open straight onto the garden level.

Upstairs is the lounge that defines the house: two navy sofas set in a shallow V, both facing a full-height glass wall and the balcony beyond, and past the frameless glass balustrade the wide calm lagoon with its low green far shore. Behind the sofas, a modest window looks the other way, onto the trees and the arrival side, so the room reads across the whole plot. A compact bar counter sits near the stair.

Bathrooms are consistent throughout: large-format warm grey tile, floating walnut vanity, freestanding tub under a narrow window.
